• Gather information for your website: Images, your services, your prices, etc
• A gmail / Google account – if you don’t have one, we will set it up while you are here
• Plan on spending 4 hours with us to get everything setup

1. Book online: choose the date ant time you wish to meet
2. Send us your images and business information ahead of your appointment
3. Bring your logins to your appointment. This can include your domain reigstrar and gmail / google account passwords
4. At your appointment, Sarah or Gaby will help you get or setup all the necessary tools and build your website
5. At the end of the meeting, you pay the $500 build fee
6. Relax, Your website will be finished within a few days!

Includes Google Search Console and Google Analytics. A google business listing is extra. The custom domian will be setup by a specialist after your meeting.  

1. Important: If you need to setup a business profile, you must bring with you:

• Your business license from the county and/or city
• If applicable, FEID approval letter (this is the letter from the IRS giving your business an ID)
• Non-profits, bring your registration number and approval letter
• d/b/a : bring DBA letters

2. Plan on spending an extra hour to get your business map profile setup.

3. Complete Verification: Sometimes, getting verified is very difficult.

This is why we ask for your business’ legal documentation.

We may need to:

• Phone verification – you will recieve a phone call on your business phone. If you use a call-in system this method will not work
• Video Verfication – we will need to go to your place of business and/or home to prove your location. You will need company branded equipment, such as a vehicle, and proof that you have the keys to it. An extra fee may apply if we have to go to your location to complete verification
• Mail – the easiest method, but it takes the longest. A post card with a code will get mailed to you.  Send us the code and will complete verification.

4. Pay your $250 fee.

We do not guarantee your listing will be active, but we will work with you to get it verified and active.

5. Wait

Yep, everyone hates waiting, but it takes time and Google doesn’t care if your children are hungry and barefoot. There is no way to call them and ask them to hurry up. It can take up to 3 months, although we typically see in within a week.

For an additional fee, we can set your business up for Voice searches.

What’s needed:

• Bing: We will setup Bing.
• Apple Maps: We weill help you setup an Apple account on your device. This is a requirement of Apple.
